        It works, but you also have to give your body a break from it for a while, so you're not used to it. It has effect definitely. Combined with the right diet and exercise it will help you shred lbs easier. When I go out and know, that I'm drinking I'll take two pills.           Well darn, it is not a magical pill that makes you drop the pounds. However, it has noticeably helped me maintain my goal weight of 123.
