        I think you're supposed to take Acne-zine on an empty stomach. It works best that way. My skin looks better but I can't say that it's softer or it glows.

        Used original formula Acne-zine for 6 months. Cystic acne improved by 80%. Very happy. Ordered new formula Acne-zine (minus the 250mg of DMAE) not working at all. Contacted Acne-zine through their website. They said they found the new formula worked just as well and that the DMAE was only a small amount. At 250mg it was the largest amount of any ingredient and the new formula DOES NOT WORK.

        I have been taking this for two months now. I have had cystic acne for about 6 yrs now, and it was getting better. However, I would still get 1 or 2 here and there. Since I started Acne-zine...I have had NO cystic breakouts. A few hormonal whiteheads, but that's it. I know it might be a pain, but taking it every day for the full 6 months is the plan I am using.         I'm also doing other things along with using acne-zine. If anyone else is interested in giving these things a try to help their acne: eating grapefruit, oranges, and pineapples. I was told that eating more acidic fruits would help my oily skin and it does seem to help. I actually only have 5 pimples left on my face since starting a better diet and I still eat fast food here and there but for the most part I find better choices from anywhere I go to get food. Cut out soda completely and coffee. I drink tea, water, and occasional fruit juice. Try these things as well when starting acne-zine if you don't see results right away.
