        I have been using Melatrol for many months. I had issues with waking frequently during the night for various reasons, and then taking 20 mins. to get back to sleep each time. Needless to say I would wake up every morning feeling more tired than when I went to bed. Once I began taking this product, I still wake up during the night, but I am able to go right back to sleep. I do not wake up in the morning feeling groggy, like some sleeping medications can make you feel. Just need to be sure to take it early enough that you allow for 8 hours of sleep. I have shared this product with many of my family and friends, and several of them are now using it, too.

      9. mtmama.        Before Melatrol Sleeping aid, I often had difficulties falling asleep at night and staying asleep. When I first received these, I took 2. NOT a good idea. I slept 12 hours. Now I take only one capsule. I can usually fall asleep in an hour and sleep the whole night.
