        I have been taking Raspberry Ketone Max for a few months and as other people's stated it does make you jittery I started taking one with breakfast and one at lunch and I find it is better for me and gives me the energy I need and it's not so jittery feeling. It's funny as I didn't read the Amazon reviews but read them after I order it from Amazon. What cracks me up about the other reviews here is that it seems that these people are going to McDonald's 3 times a day and think they'll magically lose weight. HaHa!         It works, but you also have to give your body a break from it for a while, so you're not used to it. It has effect definitely. Combined with the right diet and exercise it will help you shred lbs easier. When I go out and know, that I'm drinking I'll take two pills.           Well darn, it is not a magical pill that makes you drop the pounds. However, it has noticeably helped me maintain my goal weight of 123.         I was very very VERY skeptical at first becuase I'd never even heard of Dietrine carb blockers until I started Atkins diet this year. I found it very difficult to stick to low carb when eating out...even when I was genuinely trying! I would check my blood sugar and ketosis strips...and sure enough..every time I went out to eat..something would throw me out of Ketosis and getting back in gets harder and harder every time. I decided to try these. I checked my blood sugar before my meal. popped two of these at the same time with half a glass of water- waited 5 min. I had steak, mushrooms, asparagus, and added potatoes to see if the carb blocker really did work. I waited about 10 min after my meal and checked my blood sugar- GOLDEN! I waited an hour...GOLDEN! my blood sugar did not waiver the entire night- and in the morning I checked it- same as it was before I ate the night before.
